My name is Kelsey, and I am so glad you are here!
I have 12+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales with companies ranging from multi- billion dollar enterprises to early stage startups where I was the second full-time hire. I also worked for Oprah Winfrey at the Kraft Heinz food company.. more on that over a phone call. :)
After some health issues in 2021, I realized how important it was to me to be fulfilled by my career. Helping others grow has been the highlight of my career. I became a certified empowerment coach given my strong passion to help others re-frame their mindset and unlock greater potential. I partner with clients on topics ranging from personal growth, health goals, mindfullness, professional development, growing small businesses, and more.
I currently live in Colorado with my wolf pack - my husband, 2 sons and dog Maverick.
My husband and I have traveled to 6 continents and have done more marathons and triathlons than we can count.
